The client — employment agency that helps the brands such as Faurecia, Skoda, BMW, Porshe recruit workers for their factories — put us up with a task of increasing the efficiency of their recruiting process. Regardless of the big demand of the collaborating brands, the agency faced a problem with recruiting enough staff for the factories. Their initial solution was creating a recruiting department that had to take the process in full and more effectively. However, the result still didn’t help meeting the business goals. Our goal was to investigate the problem deeper and find out what is hindering the client from getting their desired result.

After investingating the agency’s online presence, we decided to place our bet on connecting them with their target audience better. Even with the best integral processes and the recognised brands in the portfolio, the right marketing strategy is important to position the company right among the competitors. Adding to it the absence of the right client engagement strategy, we decided that the client needs a complex solution to increase the flow of applications and the efficiency of the recruiting process.

Working process: Step 1. Design and Development

First and foremost, the company needed a website. Our goal was to adapt it to the individual client objectives and rely strongly on the best UX/UI principles. That helped us to make the intuitive and easy navigation and attractive customer interface. The website was completely accessible to the goal audience — adapted for both desktop and mobile devices. In addition, we integrated company’s unique style into the website design. That helped making a client’s imahe online consistent and recognisable.

Step 2. Integration and Automation

Apart from the website development, we worked on the CRM system that helped to make the application process more automated. We worked on creating notifications for client audience through different channels, what in return increase the overall effectiveness of the recruiting department. The last step here was to organise the right report creation according to the client request.

Step 3. Ad campaign

To engage the potential recruits, we launched a targeted ad campaign on the Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms). Campaign was aimed to actively engage those looking for a job and, in result, it helped to increase the flow of applications. With that we reached initial goal of the client — meeting business goals by reaching a broader audience.

Results

New recruits engagement strategy, creating a website, CRM integration and general automation of the processes helped the client effectively use their recruiting department. During the first three months, the flow of applications increased by 64% which helped the client to reach their business goals faster.
